Manual Payment Requests

Paymery supports manual billing for customers who prefer offline payments (such as bank transfer). When a customer submits a manual payment request, it appears in the admin panel under Manual Requests for review and approval.

Where to Review Requests

Navigate to Admin → Manual Requests to view all pending and processed requests.

What You Can Review

Each request contains payment proof and related details to help the admin verify the transaction, such as:

  • Customer information (who submitted the request)
  • Requested plan details
  • Payment amount (based on the active currency)
  • Submission date
  • Payment proof screenshot or uploaded file
  • Any customer notes (if provided)

Admin Actions

After reviewing the request and payment proof, the admin can take one of the following actions:

Approve Request

Approving the request confirms the manual payment and activates the selected plan. The customer will then have access to the features based on that plan.

Reject Request

Rejecting the request marks it as rejected. This should be used when the payment proof is invalid or the transaction cannot be confirmed.

Recommended Workflow

  1. Open the request details
  2. Review the screenshot/payment proof
  3. Verify the amount and selected plan
  4. Approve or reject
  5. Confirm the request status has been updated

Notes

  • Manual requests are designed to work without Stripe.
  • For best results, ensure your mail configuration is working so customers receive status notifications.
  • If your team uses roles, you can restrict manual billing access to specific staff roles.
